Are your products legal in Canada?
Yes. Our ethnobotanical iboga root products are offered and sold in a manner that complies with Canadian criminal law when not paired with medical claims or use-based representations. Ibogaine has been added to Canada's Prescription Drug List - This is a regulatory control mechanism, not a criminal one. Ibogaine remains unscheduled in Canada's Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. In this way, unlicensed and potentially unqualified treatment providers can be controlled, while possession, non-medical sale, and scientific research remain non-criminalized. It is for this reason why we establish clear boundaries in the clients we serve, and for the purposes our material is sold for.
Is this a medical or therapeutic service?
No. We do not provide medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, or health-related guidance.
Are your products pharmaceutical-grade?
No. Pharmaceutical grade Ibogaine as considered in Canada's Prescription Drug List is a pure material intended for human consumption. Iboga and essential extracts for ethnobotanical/research use fall outside of this classification. To comply with applicable regulation, our offerings are presented as "ethnobotanical materials", not pharmaceutical products, supplements, or medicines.
What are ethnobotanical materials?
Ethnobotanical materials are plant specimens and essential oils/extracts studied in historical, cultural, or academic contexts.
Can you explain how to use or prepare these materials?
No. We cannot provide instructions, guidance, or discussion related to preparation, dosing, or use. Discussing use, effects, or outcomes would fall outside lawful operation.
How do you source your materials?
We work directly with established suppliers and prioritize traceability, ethical sourcing, and consistency, where applicable and appropriate.
Do you test or analyze your products?
Where appropriate, limited documentation related to sourcing or handling may be available. Availability varies by product.
What payment methods do you accept?

Who is responsible for shipping delays?
Once your order is with the shipper, Canada Ibogaine Supply | Iboga Canada is not responsible for any delays. Canada Post may sometimes experience short delays.
How do I return or exchange a product?
We provide a shipping label for you to return or exchange the product at no cost to you.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
All orders are guaranteed to arrive. If they don’t, we will reship your order.
Can I return a product if there are issues?
Yes, you can return any product, whether opened or unopened, for store credit of equal value within 30 days from the ship date.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Sales in CANADA Only
Do you accept bulk or wholesale inquiries?
