Refund policy

At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products once an order has been placed.

If your order does not arrive due to loss or delivery issues, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. After verifying the issue, we will gladly send a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

For orders paid using cryptocurrency, any replacement or other resolution will be based on the original order and does not entitle the customer to reimbursement based on changes in cryptocurrency market value.
